29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(A): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15, 20 and 30-ampere receptacle outlets that are not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and that are in use by personnel did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) protection for personnel. a) On or about 10/11/24, a metal detector located in the Chef Ready area was plugged into an extension cord and did not have GFCI protection exposing employees to electrical hazards in a damp/wet area while processing seafood.
