29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i): A program of periodic and regular inspections of mechanical power press(es) was not established and followed to ensure that all parts, auxiliary equipment and safeguards were in a safe operating condition and adjustment: a) Press Shop Machines - On or about August 21, 2018, the employer did not maintain records of mechanical power press inspections and maintenance work performed. Omnimax International, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1251103, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Jacksonville Road in Ivyland, PA.
