29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular hand-fed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: (a) Exterior wall shop - On or about August 13, 2018 a Grizzly 24 inch cut-off saw did not have a blade guard hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table. Employees were exposed to an amputation from the unused portion of the saw.
