29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Warehouse, Dock Area: 1) Pallet loads were not stable. 2) One stack of boxes had a box missing from the middle of the pile. Trimark United East was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1910.176(b) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1049012, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 8-21-2015, with respect to a workplace located at 505 Collins Street, South Attleboro, Ma. 02703.

29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating conditions: Entrance to the Warehouse: 1) The covering for the battery compartment was damaged on the Raymond #47 Forklift. 2) The Yale #15 Forklift has a battery problem where the machine will not travel more than 1 mile per hour and the machine does not go upwards.
