29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, a loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns of passage must be made: On or about August 14, 2018 and times prior thereto, in the Large Diameter Coating Area Final Table, employees required to stencil pipe information on finished pipes were not protected from rolling pipes from the jeeping station. This condition exposes employees to struck-by hazards.
