29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) B line Access and egress to the B line picking area required crossing conveyor lines by stepping on several small planks and the conveyors themselves. The far end of the picking area was blocked by shelving and obstructed by a 5.5 inch metal bar running across the floor. Violation occurred on or about 8/24/18. b) Stairs to console platforms Stair access to console operator platforms was reduced to 12 inches at one point by a case of bottles stored on the stairs. Violation occurred on or about 8/28/18.
