29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) Yard: The employer did not report a hospitalization within 24 hours. On 4/25/24 an employee was repairing a fence on the property yard using a step ladder. The step ladder collapsed and the employee fell off of it resulting in two broken ribs and a 2 day hospitalization.
