29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: Hangar 0, rear wing of aircraft 7894: An employee was replacing rivets on the aircraft, which was on an open-sided edge and fall protection was not utilized. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of 15 feet to the lower level.
