29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 5,000 parts per million (ppm): On or about December 14, 2018 employees acting in the capacity of Breast Sizers were exposed to carbon dioxide at levels exceeding the PEL of 5,000 parts per million (ppm) where employee exposure monitoring indicated an exposure level of 5,867.92 ppm as an eight-hour, time-weighted average for 383 minutes sampled with the remaining 97 minutes calculated at zero exposure.
