29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On August 28, 2018, located inside a parking lot an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working inside Altec articulating telescopic aerial device lift bucket without a body belt/harness and lanyard attached to the boom or basket. The Select Signs, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR, 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 944756, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 890 S. Main Street, Centerville, OH 45440.
