29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) Side of Building Exterior: Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 15 feet where the ends of the pump jack scaffold system did not have guard rails and the back of the scaffold did not have a mid rail installed, or other feasible means of fall protection, on or about 9/29/2018. Angie Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980508, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/16/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 18 East Rutherford Avenue, Lavallette, NJ.
