29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about 10:30 a.m. on 07/24/2018 at 136 Philippe Grande Ct, Safety Harbor, Florida, an employee suffered a work related injury and was hospitalized the same day of the injury. The employer was aware of the injury and hospitalization in the afternoon of 07/25/2018. The employer notified OSHA on 08/08/2018 at 8:50 p.m. of the in-patient hospitalization.
