29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about August 27, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a residential roof greater than 6 feet from the ground were protected from falls. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet). The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1189578, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 23, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5544 Ansel Drive Colorado Springs, CO. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004940, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 630 N Tejon, Colorado Springs, CO.
