29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential framing operations. This was most recently observed at 208th and Saratoga Circle, Elkhorn, Nebraska on August 30, 2018 when 2 employees were observed working on the roof of a residential structure and were not using fall protection. The roof eve height was 10' above the ground.
