29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): A.) J.S. Bova Excavating, LLC, 3115 Peach Street, Erie, PA, on or about August 14, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees were performing work activities including, but not limited to, finishing and straight edging sidewalks with Ready Mixed Concrete / Concrete. The Ready Mixed Concrete / Concrete contained chemicals including, but not limited to, Portland Cement. The SDS for the Ready Mixed Concrete / Concrete was not accessible to the employees while they were preforming work activities.
