Venice St. Wichita, KS 67205: Employees engaged in residential framing and decking activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not used. Employees were observed walking the top plates and nailing the sheet plywood outside of the elevated catch-platform attached to the Sky Trak 8042.   29 CFR 1903.19 (d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
