29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (a) ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING:SDS sheets were not maintained for the products used in the area exposing employees to injuries form chemical hazards. Chemicals used onsite include but is not limited to drain cleaner, sea foam motor treatment, PVC primer and PVC glue. (b) MAINTENANCE WAREHOUSE: SDS sheets were not maintained for the products used in the area exposing employees to injuries form chemical hazards. Chemicals used onsite include but is not limited to drain cleaner, sea foam motor treatment, PVC primer and PVC glue.
