29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) Employees working at the Lead Die Cast Machines #2, used compressed air wand to clean molds at the start of each run cycle. The compressed air wand was not equipped with pressure relief, exposing employees to an air injection hazard and possible air embolism injury.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. (A) Eating surfaces within the lunchroom that were sampled for lead, were found to have lead contamination present. This exposed employees to ingestion of lead and adverse health affects.
