TCJ Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961287, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 05/22/14, with respect to a workplace located at 90-02 Queens Blvd., Elmhurst, NY 11373.
