29 CFR 1926.250(a)(3): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear to provide for the free and safe movement of material handling equipment or employees. Such areas shall be kept in good repair. In the Alternative 29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): All materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse. This violation was most recently observed on or about August 27, 2018 in the Southmore Apartment located in Houston, Texas when aisles and passageways were not kept clear to provide for the free and safe movement of material handling equipment or employees due to sheet rocks were stacked vertically against a wall in a hallway.
