29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i): When a powered industrial truck was left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered, controls were not neutralized, power was not shut off, and brakes set: a) Warehouse area : On or about September 11, 2018, and at times prior to, an employee having lunch in another room left a Crown forklift SN: 1A427175 unattended and out his field of view. A citation is recommended. b) Warehouse area: On or about September 11, 2018, and at times prior to, an employee operating a forklift on the previous shift left a Crown forklift SN: 1A227924 unattended and out his field of view.
