29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about 10 September 2018, employees engaged in residential roofing operations were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest systems. This exposed employees to a fall of approximately 9 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
