29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about August 24, 2018: At the worksite located at 120 Paul Franklin Road in Clarkesville, Georgia employees working from a mobile scaffold installing window headers were exposed to falls of approximately 16.9 feet when the employer failed to ensure they were protected by the use of fall protection measures established in the standard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 24, 2018: At the the worksite located at 120 Paul Franklin Rd in Clarkesville, Georgia, employees were exposed to fall hazards of the following. a) Employees pouring concrete into stair pans were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employees were properly protected with proper fall protection measures. b) Employees assisting in concrete pumping operations were exposed to fall hazards 22 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employees were properly protected with proper fall protection measures. c) Employee laying out metal stud wall frames was exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 14 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employees were properly protected with proper fall protection measures.
