29 CFR 1918.32(b): The edge of a hatch section, or of stowed cargo, was not guarded by a vertical safety net or other means providing equal fall protection to exposed employees.  Hana Barge: On or about September 11, 2018 and times prior thereto, employees access and walk on tiers of lumber at heights over 10 feet in order to adjust stickers. This potentially exposed employees to a fall to the deck.   Sause Bros was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1918.32(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1010003, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Teevin Terminal in Rainier, Oregon.
