29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees performing brick work from a three tier framed scaffold were exposed to fall hazards while working from out riggers. Fall protection was not provided and the fall distance from the working level to the ground below was approximately 18 feet.
