29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about July 28, 2018, and at times prior, the controlling contractor, Jino Carrera Construction, did not ensure Juan Munoz, protected their employees from construction hazards including, but not limited to falling and struck-by, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections to prevent persistent and reoccurring hazards. Jino Carrera Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1301743, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3249 Upsala View, Colorado Springs, CO 80911. Jino Carrera Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1100775, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4771-4795 Painted Sky View, Colorado Springs, CO.
