Employees were wearing harnesses without attachment to a lanyard with an anchor point while working on the roof of a home which was approximately 10 feet from a lower level.     Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.     Juvenal Aguilar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142246, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1605 212th Circle, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
