29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Sauder Woodworking Co. - Archbold, Ohio: On or about September 17, 2018, the employer did not develop, document, and utilize energy control procedures for authorized employees who service the Donaldson airlock (s/n 3876929-2). Employees that cleaned and lubricated the airlock system were exposed to injury in that energy control was not utilized during the maintenance tasks.
