29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Sauder Woodworking Co. at 831 W. Barre Road, Archbold, OH, 43502: On or about May 3, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from the point of operation of the workpiece edge and trimming blade of the bottom edge unit of the Fine Trim Zone Cabinet of the 80501 Work Center Fine Trim Saw Line exposing employees to cutting hazards of the rotating blade while making adjustments to the trim unit components.
