29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) East side of facility in the Surface Mount Department, a 110 volt flexible cord was taped to the floor across the aisle, hard wired into a 4 plex electrical receptacle as permanent wiring. b) In the Stockroom area, several flexible 110 volt power extension cords were supplying electrical power to the overhead lights. c) In the north central section of the facility, a flexible 110 volt power extension cord was supplying electrical power to the overhead light.
