29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: At the jobsite located at 12203 S. Strang Line Road Olathe, KS 66062: Employee engaged in metal studs/drywall activities was exposed to eye injury hazards associated with construction work in that eye protection was not used while operating the Dewalt Circular Chop Saw. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2): Abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
