29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a)Work site was located at 3 Country Day Lane, Ocean Township, NJ 07723 A worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately twelve feet to ground while working paper and trim on a new two-story single-family residence from the first floor lower elevation roof with no fall protection on. Violation was observed on or about October 10, 2024.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a)Work site was located at 3 Country Day Lane, Ocean Township, NJ 07723 A worker was exposed to unsafe conditions while working to paper and trim a new house from a step-ladder that was leaning on the second floor exterior wall as it did not have the spreader bars locked. The ladder was standing on an approximately 2/12 pitch roof at the time. Violation was observed on or about October 10, 2024.
