29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: On or about 9/24/2018 at 5920 Arbor Green Circle, Lot 47, Sugar Hill, GA employees engaged in rock cutting operations were exposed to hazards associated with the use of the saw with a defeated guard. The hood that served as a guard was tied open on the 14-inch heavy duty cut off saw, S/N 370331140.
