29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: Employees were exposed to skin irritations as there was no written hazard communication program saying how chemicals were to be labeled, how safety data sheets were to maintained, and how employees were to be trained. Employees were exposed to Type Wash and Blanket Wash.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. Print Time, Inc. of Kansas City, Missouri did not report an amputation as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours. An incident occurred on or about September 10, 2018, resulting in a partial amputation of a finger on September 11, 2018. This incident was not reported to OSHA within twenty-four hours of the amputation.
