29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59): At the jobsite located at 7121 W. 135th St. Overland Park, KS 66062 - A written hazard communication program had not been developed nor implemented to inform employees of the health hazards associated with hazardous chemical products such as gasoline, mortar and concrete blocks. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
