29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Employees engaged in power washing activities at the Sesquehanna Center located at 820 North Dakota Drive, Independence, MO 64056, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14-16 feet from aerial lift to concrete ground, because employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest systems while working from the Genie aerial lift.
