29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Warehouse 14 lot, on September 20, 2018 and at times prior thereto; onion bins weighing approximately 1250 to 1400 pounds were stacked approximately 20 feet high with approximately 6-12 inches of space in between columns. Some of the columns had shifted and were resting on other columns. NOTE: Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.
