29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Wilder Packing Shed, Brush Room: on December 7, 2020; the lower portion of the Brush Drive chain and sprocket, which is approximately 6' from the ground, was unguarded. Employees were within 12" of the chain and sprocket when climbing a ladder to access the Brush Bin. NOTE: Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.
