29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) Eco Services facility: On September 21,2018, the employer did not ensure that protective equipment was used when an employee operated valves on track 5 spot 7 which contained spent sulfuric acid. This condition exposed employees to chemical burns.
