On 9/26/18, at the Covington facility, employees were exposed to fingertip and hand injuries as various machines and lines were not guarded. On 9/26/18, at the Covington facility, employees were exposed to embolism hazards as air guns used for cleaning would not reduce to less than 30 psi when dead ended. Compressed air measured 70 psi.
