The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 561 minutes. A baseline audiometric test was not conducted, on or about 9/27/18.    b) Nisshinbo Automotive Manufacturing, Inc., Covington, GA - An employee operating the CL 2 was exposed to a noise time weighted average (TWA) of 84.2 dBA, which exceeded the extended 12 hours action level of 82.1 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 563 minutes. A baseline audiometric test was not conducted, on or about 9/27/18.    c) Nisshinbo Automotive Manufacturing, Inc., Covington, GA - An employee operating the CL 4 was exposed to a noise time weighted average (TWA) of 86 dBA, which exceeded the extended 12 hours action level of 82.1 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 553 minutes. A baseline audiometric test was not conducted, on or about 9/27/18.    d) Nisshinbo Automotive Manufacturing, Inc., Covington, GA - An employee operating the CL 3 was exposed to a noise time weighted average (TWA) of 87.4 dBA, which exceeded the extended 12 hours action level of 82.1 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 561 minutes. A baseline audiometric test was not conducted, on or about 9/27/18.
