29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder was used on surfaces that were not stable and level Employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 17.5 feet from eave of the roof to the ground below. Employee was using a portable ladder from the first roof to the second roof level of the house. The ladder was not secure to prevent accidental displacement.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Employees were exposed to fall of approximately 17.5 feet from roof to the ground below in that employees performing roofing activities were not provided with fall protection. Franklin Sanchez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290321, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3507 E 105th Ter. Kansas City MO 64137.
