29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also included the requirements specified in (e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference 1926.59)    a) 1450 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster; 5th Floor - On or about September 26, 2018, the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met for employees exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, Cafco 400, containing Portland Cement.
