29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about September 28, 2018, near the quality area, in the event of an emergency, employees have a delayed access to a fire extinguisher from a table and boxes placed directly in front of the fire extinguisher. b) On or about September 28, 2018, near the western bay door, in the event of an emergency, employees were exposed to a trip hazard from bins placed directly in front of a fire extinguisher. c) On or about September 28, 2018, near the mint area, in the event of an emergency, employees were exposed to trip hazards from a garbage bin, and boxes placed directly in front of a fire extinguisher.
