These exposures were equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 88.6 dBA, 87.5 dBA, and 87.9 dBA respectively, exceeding the OSHA Action Level of 85.0 dBA for an 8 hour TWA. Sampling times were 467, 461, and 459 minutes, respectively. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods.  Violation noted on October 30, 2023.
