29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 2751-2753 Lafayette, St. Louis: On Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. Employees are exposed to fall hazards where the inadequate guardrail systems are used. On 09/25/2018 employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 21 feet where the guardrail in use did not have a midrail.
