29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) StuccoPhila - With respect to worksite at Welsh and Forty-Foot Rds, Hatfield, PA - On or about September 28, 2018, two employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing stucco work from an extensible boom aerial lift approximately 12 feet above grade, without utilizing fall protection.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
