29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolate:    a)  Located at the thread line, the authorized employees were exposed to caught in hazards when performing service and maintenance on the Okuma LU45II lathe (SN: 177784) without training on applicable energy sources, type and magnitude of energy and methods to isolate.      b)  Located at the thread line, the authorized employees were exposed to caught in hazards when performing service and maintenance on the Mori Seiki SL-65 (SN: 1212) without training on applicable energy sources, type and magnitude of energy and methods to isolate.      c)  Located at the high speed thread line, the authorized employees were exposed to caught in hazards when performing service and maintenance on the Okuma LU35 (SN: 166197) without training on applicable energy sources, type and magnitude of energy and methods to isolate.
