29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): JOB SITE: 1516 Bellevue Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63117, on or about 10/3/02018, workers were observed on top of a 6:12 pitch roof, greater than 6 feet eave to ground level, actively installing new roofing material, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. Martha Soto dba Martha Soto was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1109448, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 12/03/2015 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 1939 Lake Clay Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
