29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(A): Flexible cord(s) were being used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure. a) Mechanical Room: A Hamilton Beach micro-wave oven; A Magic Chef mini-fridge, and a Sanyo mini-fridge, were plugged into a 120 volt triple tap pigtail type extension cord instead of being plugged into the nearby wall outlet.
